The location could not be better. The place was spotless and had everything you need and more. Iván was very attentive and the self check-in is extremely convenient.
We give it 5 stars because we can't give it 10. The accommodation was spotless. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby villages.
The accommodation matches the description exactly. There are several beaches and activities within 20 km. Responsive host, I recommend it.

Whenever I go to Cantabria for work I stay at the Akiver flat. It is very well located, near the motorway entrance and with a supermarket a few metres away.

A spotless flat in a spectacular area, a short distance from the beaches of Laredo, Noja and Santoña, and close to the Faro de Ajo lighthouse too.
A modern, very well kept flat: clean and comfortable. Well placed for visiting towns like Santoña and the surrounding area. They left us some welcome touches, much appreciated.
