How it works
You arrive, open
and you're in
No reception desk, no waiting for anyone and no keys to pick up elsewhere. We send you the code before you arrive; if the times don't suit you, write to us and we'll adjust them.
Getting in
Keypad lock: we send you the code and directions before you arrive. No keys to pick up and nobody to wait for.
What we need from you
Only the traveller registration for every guest, required by law. We send you the link and it takes a minute.
How to pay
In the booking engine you can pay by card, which is charged when you book, or choose “Pay on arrival”, which charges nothing up front and is settled by bank transfer, Bizum or cash.
The 4% discount applies to that second option, and we apply it when you confirm on WhatsApp.
For stays of 7 nights or more we add another 10%: up to 14% off the accommodation total.
If you need to cancel
Free up to 5 days before arrival. Within that window, 50% is retained. In cases of force majeure we look for a date change rather than retaining anything.
