How we check that reviewers actually stayed here
We have no review system of our own and we do not collect opinions on this site. Every review here is published on Airbnb, Booking and Google, and it is those platforms — not us — that verify the stay: on Airbnb and Booking only someone who completed a booking can write, and the review closes after a set period. Google reviews can be left by anyone with an account, so they are labelled as such.
The texts are copied word for word from the public listings. Very long ones are excerpted, always with literal sentences and without adding a single word. They are not filtered by score: no negative review is being hidden, and if one ever appears it will be published too. You can check for yourself through the platform links, which lead to the public listing with all of them.

What to expect, and what not to
What comes up most in the reviews is the self check-in — keypad lock, you arrive at any hour with nobody to wait for —, the cleanliness and how fast we reply on WhatsApp. That is what there is.
And what there is not: both homes sleep two, with no extra room and no sofa bed. No pets are allowed and there is no smoking indoors and no parties. There is no reception desk: if you want a hotel with service, this is not the place. And you cannot walk to the beach; you need a car.
Booking here there is no middleman commission, and paying by bank transfer, Bizum or cash gets you a 4% discount, plus a 10 % if you stay seven nights or more. The full terms are in booking terms.
